Recipe for Lemon Poppy Seed Bread
- 3½ cups of Almond Flour
- 1½ teaspoons of Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- 1½ tablespoons of Poppy Seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon Zest
- 3 large Eggs
- ⅓ cup of Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup of Honey
- 4 tablespoons of Butter (Melted)
» Mix Dry Ingredients followed by Wet Ingredients
» Bake at 325° for 1 hour, 15 minutes
» Use a 2 Pound Loaf Tin
