Recipe for Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

  • 3½ cups of Almond Flour
  • 1½ teaspoons of Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • 1½ tablespoons of Poppy Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of Lemon Zest
  • 3 large Eggs
  • ⅓ cup of Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup of Honey
  • 4 tablespoons of Butter (Melted)

» Mix Dry Ingredients followed by Wet Ingredients

» Bake at 325° for 1 hour, 15 minutes

» Use a 2 Pound Loaf Tin
