Burger Buns

Do you fancy having burgers but cannot find a suitable buns to go with them? Then why not try make them yourself with this handy recipe for making burger buns. I find that burger buns are not only handy when coming into the summer months but can be enjoyed all year around as they are so versatile and can fill them with all sorts of meats and vegetables depending on what you fancy. Remember, if you do not like seed or have an allergy, you just have to omit them from the recipe totally and it wont effect the outcome.

Recipe for Burger Buns: (Makes about 8 buns)

  • 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 2½ cups of Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon of Bread Soda
  • 1 cup of Coconut Milk
  • ¼ cup of Coconut Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of seeds to sprinkle on top


  1. ½ fill a soup ladle with mixture to estimate mixture per bun
  2. Sprinkle seeds on top
  3. Put them in the oven at 150 for 15-20 minutes
